แบบที่ 1 ด้านหน้า : พระรูปสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ในรัชกาลที่ 9 ทรงฉลองพระองค์ชุดไทย ประทับพระราชอาสน์ โต๊ะเคียงเบื้องขวาทอดเครื่องประกอบพระราชอิสริยยศ โดยรอบมีลวดลายของสายสร้อยแห่งเครื่องขัตติยราชอิสริยาภรณ์อันทีเกียรติคุณรุ่งเรืองยิ่งมหาจักรีบรมราชวงศ์
ด้านหลัง : ตราสัญลักษณ์งานเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชนีนาถ เนื่องในโอกาสพระราชพิธีมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 7 รอง 12 สิงหาคม 2559 เบื้องหลังมีลายผ้าไหมตัวเลข ๘๔ โดยมีลายเครื่องจักสานล้อมรอบ และข้อความว่า “พระราชพิธีมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา ๗ รอบ ๑๒ สิงหาคม ๒๕๕๙”
Type 1 Obverse : A proof gold medal has a portrait of HM Queen Sirikit in traditional Thai dress sitting on the throne. On the right is a table of regalia. Around the border is the chain of the Most lllustrious Order of the Royal House of Chakri.
Reverse : The royal ceremonial emblem in commemoration of Her Majesty’s 84th birthday is shown in the center, with the Thai silk cloth as background and the Thai number “84” below. Around the border is the legend “The Ceremony to Commemorate the Auspicious Occasion of Her Majesty’s 84th Birthday on 12 August, B.E. 2559”.
