ทุกเหรียญที่ส่งเข้ารับบริการถือเป็นทรัพย์สินมีค่า และจะได้รับการดูแลภายใต้ระบบควบคุมคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของบริษัท
ส่วนที่ 1: AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
การรับประกันความแท้
Siamcoin รับรองว่าเหรียญที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบเป็นเหรียญแท้ตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ และความรู้ ณ เวลาที่ประเมิน
หากในอนาคตพบข้อผิดพลาดที่พิสูจน์ได้จากหลักฐานเชิงวิชาการที่ชัดเจน บริษัทจะพิจารณาแก้ไขตามขั้นตอนภายใน
ขอบเขตการรับประกัน
- รับรองตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ ณ วันที่ตรวจสอบ
- ไม่รับประกันการค้นพบข้อมูลใหม่ในอนาคต
- ไม่รับประกันความเห็นที่แตกต่างจากสถาบันอื่น
ส่วนที่ 2: GRADING GUARANTEE
การรับประกันระดับเกรด

บริษัทไม่รับประกันว่า:

หรือ - ค่าบริการที่ชำระ (แล้วแต่กรณีที่ต่ำกว่า)

- ความเสียหายทางอ้อม
- การสูญเสียกำไรในอนาคต
- ความผันผวนของตลาด
- ความเสียหายระหว่างขนส่งโดยบุคคลที่สาม
ส่วนที่ 5: SHIPPING RISK
ความเสี่ยงระหว่างการขนส่ง
บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายหรือการสูญหายที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการขนส่งโดยบุคคลที่สาม
ลูกค้าควร:
- แพ็คเหรียญอย่างเหมาะสม
- ทำประกันพัสดุตามมูลค่าจริง

สิทธิในภาพถ่ายเหรียญ
6.1 ความเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์
ภาพถ่ายเหรียญทั้งหมดที่จัดทำโดย Siamcoin ถือเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและลิขสิทธิ์ของบริษัท
บริษัทเป็นเจ้าของสิทธิแต่เพียงผู้เดียวใน:
- ภาพถ่ายความละเอียดสูง
- ภาพถ่ายในฐานข้อมูล
- ภาพประกอบเพื่อการตลาด
6.2 สิทธิการใช้งานของเจ้าของเหรียญ
เพื่อสนับสนุนตลาดสะสมที่โปร่งใส Siamcoin อนุญาตให้:
- เจ้าของเหรียญ
- ผู้ครอบครองรายถัดไป
- ผู้ซื้อ–ผู้ขายในตลาด
สามารถใช้ภาพถ่ายดังกล่าวเพื่อ:
- การซื้อ–ขาย
- การประมูล
- การแสดงคอลเลกชัน
- การให้ข้อมูลเชิงการศึกษา
โดยสุจริต และไม่ดัดแปลงเนื้อหาสำคัญ
6.3 ข้อห้าม
ห้ามใช้ภาพถ่ายเพื่อ:
- บิดเบือนข้อมูล
- ปลอมแปลงเอกสาร
- สร้างตลับปลอม
- ใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ที่ทำให้เข้าใจผิดว่าเป็นการรับรองจากบริษัท
บริษัทสงวนสิทธิ์ดำเนินการทางกฎหมายในกรณีละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์หรือการใช้ในทางที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหาย
6.4 การเปลี่ยนมือของเหรียญ
สิทธิการใช้ภาพถ่ายเพื่อการซื้อ–ขายจะติดไปกับเหรียญในฐานะข้อมูลอ้างอิง
แต่สิทธิความเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ยังคงเป็นของ Siamcoin

1. Fundamental Principles
Siamcoin operates under professional standards, transparency, and fiduciary responsibility.
Every coin submitted is treated as a valuable collectible asset and handled under controlled procedures designed to ensure accuracy, traceability, and security.
SECTION I — AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
Siamcoin guarantees that coins certified as genuine are authentic according to professional standards and knowledge available at the time of examination.
If a demonstrable error is later proven through credible numismatic evidence, Siamcoin will review the case under its internal guarantee procedures.
Scope of Authenticity Guarantee
- Based on professional standards at the time of certification
- Does not guarantee against future discoveries or newly developed counterfeits
- Does not guarantee identical conclusions by other grading organizations
SECTION II — GRADING GUARANTEE
Coin grading represents a professional expert opinion under Siamcoin grading standards.
Siamcoin does not guarantee:
- That another grading organization will assign the same grade
- That grading interpretation will remain unchanged over time
- That market value will increase based on the assigned grade
SECTION III — SECURITY & CUSTODY
Coins under Siamcoin custody are protected through:
- Controlled internal tracking and logging systems
- Restricted access and handling procedures
- Professional storage conditions
- Protective encapsulation (slab) to preserve long-term condition
SECTION IV — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Siamcoin’s maximum liability shall not exceed:
- The Declared Value provided by the submitter, or
- The service fee paid, whichever is lower.
Siamcoin shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profit or investment opportunity
- Market value fluctuation
- Damage occurring outside Siamcoin’s direct control
SECTION V — SHIPPING RISK
Siamcoin is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during third-party shipping.

6.1 Ownership of Images

6.2 Permitted Use by Coin Owners

6.4 Transfer of Coin Ownership
The practical right to use coin images for legitimate resale and documentation follows the coin, while full copyright ownership remains with Siamcoin.
SECTION VII — MARKET RISK DISCLOSURE
Coins are collectible assets subject to market fluctuation.
Siamcoin does not guarantee market performance, investment return, or future valuation.
Collectors and investors should exercise independent judgment.
SECTION VIII — FORCE MAJEURE
Siamcoin shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond its control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- War, civil unrest, or emergency events
- System failures beyond reasonable control
SECTION IX — GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any disputes shall fall under Thai jurisdiction.
